Instruction
A Transaction Request or Payment Request.

Local Taxes
Taxes payable in the destination country.

Payee
Person receiving money or airtime through the Service.

Payment Instrument
A valid payment method, such as:

Transaction Amount
Amount sent, excluding fees and currency conversion.


3. Our Obligations

Tamsey will provide the Service using reasonable care.

However, the Service may not be available in certain regions or jurisdictions.

Tamsey is not obligated to process every transaction and may refuse or delay transactions for reasons including:

Once a transaction instruction has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Where cancellation is possible, refunds may be issued subject to administrative charges and applicable Service Fees.


7. Airtime Top Up

Airtime Top Ups are usually delivered within seconds.

You must ensure the mobile number entered is correct. Once delivered, Airtime Top Ups cannot be refunded or reversed.


8. Payment Requests

Payment Requests allow users to request funds from other users.

Requests should only be sent to individuals you personally know.

Tamsey may refuse to process Payment Requests where misuse or suspicious activity is suspected.


9. Collection of Information

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, Tamsey may collect personal information, including:

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Tamsey website and App are owned by Tamsey Financial Services Ltd or its licensors.

Tamsey's liability is limited to refunding the Transaction Amount and applicable Service Fees where required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
